What this website does

This site explains the drain and sewer work we cover across Philadelphia and its suburbs, gives you a number to call, and has one form — a callback request on the contact page. There is no booking system, no newsletter signup and no account anywhere on it.

Everything else is static pages served from a content delivery network. There is no database behind this site. Nothing is stored on it, and there is nothing to log into.

The callback form

The form asks for your name, phone number, an optional city or ZIP, how urgent it is, when you would prefer to be called, and a description of the problem. That is everything. There is no email field, no address field and no marketing consent checkbox, because we do not need any of it to call you back.

When you submit it, those details are sent to us as a message and are not written to any database. The page you submitted from is included so we know what you were reading. Your IP address is seen by our server during the submission and is used only to check the request is not automated; it is not stored.

We use what you send to call you back about that job and to carry out the work if you go ahead. We do not sell it, we do not share it with marketers, and we do not add you to any mailing list. If nothing comes of the enquiry, the message is deleted.

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-focused alternative to reCAPTCHA. It checks that a browser is real rather than profiling you, and it does not track you across sites. Cloudflare receives your IP address and some technical signals about your browser for that check, under their privacy policy.

You never have to use it. Calling (215) 484-0345 reaches the same people and is faster for anything urgent.

The calculators

The four free tools — the cost estimator, the clog diagnostic, the jetting comparison and the water heater sizing calculator — run entirely inside your browser using JavaScript on the page you are reading.

The answers you select are never transmitted to us or to anyone else. They are not written to cookies, local storage, or any server. They exist only in the memory of the tab you have open, and they are gone the moment you close or reload it. There is no email gate, no "enter your details to see your result", and no saved history.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies of its own, and there is no advertising, retargeting or cross-site tracking on it. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a short-lived token on the contact page while it verifies the form; it is not an advertising or tracking cookie.

No analytics package is currently installed. If we add one, we will name it on this page before it goes live.

Embedded maps

Several pages embed a Google Map showing a service area. When such a page loads that map, your browser contacts Google directly, and Google may receive your IP address and set its own cookies under its own privacy policy — exactly as it would if you visited Google Maps yourself. We receive nothing from this and cannot see who has viewed a map.

The maps are lazy-loaded, which means the request to Google only happens if you scroll far enough down the page to reach one.

Fonts and images

The typeface and every image on this site are served from our own domain. There is no font CDN, no image CDN and no third-party script anywhere on the site other than the embedded maps described above, and analytics if enabled.

When you phone or email us

If you call, email or use the callback form, we keep what you tell us — your name, phone number, location and a description of the problem — for as long as we need it to respond to you, to arrange and complete the work, and to meet Pennsylvania record-keeping requirements.

We do not sell that information, we do not share it with marketers, and we do not add you to a mailing list. We share it only with the people who need it to get your work done — for example whoever is scheduled to attend, a permitting authority or a utility locate service — or where we are legally obliged to.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we are legally required to retain. Because nothing is stored on the website itself, a deletion request covers the message your enquiry arrived as and anything we noted from a call. Call (215) 484-0345 to make a request.

Pennsylvania residents have rights under applicable privacy laws. We will honour a verified request within the timeframe the law requires.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If our practices change — for instance if we add an analytics package or start storing form submissions — we will update this page and change the date at the top before the change goes live.
